TCU jumped from No. 16 to No. 9 after ruining OSU’s Big 12 opener. Georgia also leapfrogged some teams with its 31-3 win over Mississippi State. West Virginia jumped into the top 25 for the first time this season after its win over Kansas. The Mountaineers have won three straight since a close opening loss to now No. 12 Virginia Tech. Notre Dame also creeped into the No. 22 spot.Who dropped off?Aside from Oklahoma State, some other ranked teams took a loss in Week 4. Florida State made the biggest drop but after dropping its conference opener to NC State. The Seminoles at 0-2 represent the only winless team in the rankings with some credit for a competitive showing against Alabama before starting QB Deondre Francois went down with injury.
